i wonder if hearts work on here(: anyways, i just checked out some other blogs. i haven't been on blogger for a couple days. been sick. so i thought i might tell you guys my 2 1/2 hour workout from track last night.
O1. warmup; 2 miles outside running. (cold!)
O2. back in fieldhousee. drills & stretching for 20 minutes.
O3. drills. a,b,c skip. glasswall slides. oh & lunges.
O4. more stretching.
O5. 5x200. that's running a 200 meter 5 times. these are the times i ran, 40, 40, 39, 38, 37. 2 minute rest in between each one.
O6. stretching, drills.
O7. jumping. seems easy, but it's not. steep stairs, big jumps. first one legged, and we alternated each time. 3 times up each leg. then powerjumping. big jumps. burpee's. pushup, rocket jumps, then 2 crunches. that 10 times. :(
O8. stretching, drills.
O9. warmdown. 1 mile.
